Curl Up and Cry

There are times in life that we want to just curl up and hide away from the world…to that I say “YAY!” As long as it’s a temporary position!

It’s important to acknowledge those moments when you’re feeling like crap, or you’re just exhausted or simply bummed out. Curl up, cry, acknowledge…and then, GET UP and do whatever it takes to get back into the game or simply in a vertical position! Perhaps itʻs putting on a song that makes your heart happy and makes you want to dance? Or simply moving your body or watching an INSPIRING youtube anything. Or maybe you can call a friend who you feel safe with.

Be sure to get into a vertical position right away! The world needs you…we need you!
